Export packing

Structures and machinery are shop-assembled and trial-run where possible, then dismantled into match-marked sections, primed or painted, and packed on skids or in wooden crates sized for 20 ft / 40 ft containers or flat racks. Motors, gearboxes and electrical items travel in separate moisture-proof crates.

Conveyor Systems — frequently asked questions

What information do you need to design a conveyor?

We need the material being conveyed, its bulk density and particle size, required capacity in tonnes per hour, conveying length and height, and the plant layout or a sketch of feed and discharge points.

Can conveyors be shipped in containers?

Yes. Conveyors are supplied in CKD (knock-down) sections sized to fit standard 20 ft and 40 ft containers, with match-marked parts and GA drawings for assembly.

Do you provide installation support abroad?

Installation drawings and manuals are supplied with every conveyor, and supervision of installation and commissioning can be arranged for project orders.

Which conveyor systems do you supply?

We supply belt conveyors, screw conveyors, bucket elevators, bulk flow (en-masse) conveyors, redler chain conveyors, slat conveyors, gravity roller conveyors, high-angle conveyors.

Can I order several conveyor systems in one shipment?

Yes. Different conveyor systems — and products from our other divisions — can be combined in one consolidated FCL or LCL shipment with one set of export documents.
