Product descriptions, specifications and images on this website are for general information. Exact specifications, standards, quantities and prices are confirmed only in a written quotation or proforma invoice.

Quotations and orders

Quotations are valid for the period stated on them. An order is confirmed when both parties accept the proforma invoice and the advance payment is received. Standard payment terms: 50% advance with order confirmation and 50% before dispatch against export documents; L/C at sight can be discussed for larger orders.

Delivery

Delivery responsibilities follow the Incoterm (EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF) stated in the confirmed order. Lead times are estimates and may be affected by events beyond our control.

Trademarks

Brand names shown on some product photographs belong to their respective owners and indicate products available through our supply network; they do not imply endorsement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Gujarat having jurisdiction.
